Top Best of the Second Trimester!

Wassup everyone! How are you guys? Today I’ll be doing a Second Trimester Portfolio. This will show you all the work that I’m proud that was done in the second trimester! Hope you enjoy!

Language Arts

The first thing I’ll be presenting is my MadLibs Project! This project was very fun to do and I think I did well on it! All we had to do was make a story(fiction or non-fiction), take out a few parts of speech, and have others add them in! The results from there add-ins were hilarious! If you want to read mine and try it out Click Here!

Math

The second thing I’ll be presenting to you is a slideshow I did in math class! We were learning about percentages and how they are used in everyday life! I’ve increased my knowledge of percents and learned lots more about how they are used! I think this was one of my best works I completed in math for the second trimester. Click Here to see the slideshow!

Science

The third thing I’ll be presenting to you is a Roller Coaster Project. This project has four parts to it. My partner was hmskirac. The whole point of this project was to learn more about energy! I enjoyed doing this project and it was a lot of fun. Although, it was a bit frustrating and stressful, but whenever our roller coaster didn’t work out we decided it was a one-time thing! (even though it wasn’t) Here is a picture of what our rollercoaster looks like!

Social Studies

The fourth thing I’ll be presenting is my Grand Canal Research Project. In class, we were learning about Ancient China. After a few weeks, we did a project on one of the things that were useful back then. I choose the Grand Canal. I had a lot of fun learning about it and hope you do too! If you want to learn some information about it Click Here

Research Skills

The final thing I’ll be presenting to you is my Flight Project from Research Skills! For this project, I worked in a group with hmskirac and hmsevan! The whole purpose of this project was to be able to show how well we can research information and how well we can present it. I think our group did pretty well, even though we haven’t presented it yet. To see our presentation Click Here!

HOPE YOU ENJOYED!

Second Trimester

Wassup everyone! How are you guys doing? It’s been a week or so since I posted. Anyways, today I’m going to be writing about the second trimester. The school year is going by so fast! We’re going to be finishing our second trimester tomorrow. (2/15/19) I can’t believe it! We only got one more trimester to go! I’m very excited to find out our new section(6A or 6B) and choice elective. Do you guys have choice electives? Comment below if you do and what kinds! During this trimester, I got Taiko as my choice elective class and ended up being in 6A. I would say that I enjoy 6A better than 6B. (I was in both)The schedule seemed easier for me to remember. I got pretty good grades, but it is my goal to do even better in the last trimester. One of my favorite projects we did in this trimester is the Westing Game Project in Language Arts class. The book was so interesting and we got to do fun worksheets. We even got to make a video of ourselves as one of the characters from the book. That’s it for today! Also, Happy Valentine’s Day! Hope you have a lovely day!

My Favorite Games, Food, and Songs!

Wassup Everyone!

How is your week going so far? Hope it’s going great! Anyways, I want to talk about my favorite games, food, and songs! Let’s start off with my favorite games. My top favorite game at the moment is called Twisty Road! There are so many levels! There’s also a part called stages where you can practice. The whole point of the game is to stay on the very twisty road! It’s challenging but very fun!

Next, my favorite food is Doritos! It’s more like a snack but something right? I love all kinds of chips but Doritos will always be my favorite. It’s very addicting when I eat one I gotta eat more! One other food/snack that I enjoy is Cheetos! I would any kind of it. When I grow up, I’m gonna stack up with Doritos, Cheetos, and more!

Last, my favorite song is either Make You Laugh by Carson Lueders or Let Me Down Slowly by Alec Benjamin. They both make me calm and help me fall asleep at night! Do you guys know these songs? They are available on Apple Music, iTunes store, or Spotify!
